Sample Daily Schedule
 

9:00 a.m.- 9:15 a.m.     

Warm up and stretch

9:15 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Demo with pro

9:30 a.m.-11:15 a.m. 

4 stations divided by age group, position, and experience level when possible  

 

11:15 a.m.- 11:45 a.m.   

Skill competition for prizes

                                                        
11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. 

Lunch break

12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Camp games: Dodgeball, sharks and minnows, etc...

1:00 p.m.- 1:30 p.m.     

Station #5 divided by age group, position, and experience level when possible  

1:30 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.   

Team concepts and lacrosse IQ

2:00 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.   

Scrimmage/Small games

2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

Review backyard workout piece installed during morning stations (wall-ball, shooting and dodging)

3:00 p.m.                     

Pick Up
