Take a 3 day break from your summer tournament schedule and team practices to focus on your individual game

Instruction exclusively by pro and college players and coaches

Coaches place the concentration on instruction rather than watching/officiating scrimmages

Lots of reps! Lots of Instruction!

Pro Lacrosse Camps runs instructional boys and girls camps headlined by the top pros in the world.

We conduct 3-day commuter camps held only in the summer. Boys camps are 9:00am-3:00pm. Girls camps are 8:00am-2:00pm.

Our instructional camps are for beginners to advanced players ages 7-18. Our curriculum is designed to give players of all positions the knowledge to become a better lacrosse player in 3 days.

Camps are divided by the grade the camper will enter the following school year. Age groups are: rising 4th graders and under, 5th-6th, 7th-8th, and 9th-12th. Boys age groups are divided by attack/middies, defense and goalies.  Girls age groups are divided by field players and goalies.  Age groups are further divided by experience level when possible.

Instruction exclusively by pro and college players and coaches.  We staff our camps with enough coaches to divide the camp by the advertised age groups. We hire the appropriate number of offensive and defensive coaches to divide our age groups by position. Coaches are assigned to stations, not age groups, to ensure each camper receives instruction from all of our talented coaches.  The concentration is on instruction rather than watching/officiating scrimmages:  At multiple stations per hour, we teach fundamentals and mechanics and provide drills for campers to take away from camp to perfect these skills on their own.

Each camper receives 18 hours of expert instruction, dry fit camp t-shirt, reversible practice jersey, autographed photo, lunches provided by restaurants served in an indoor air-conditioned facility, and opportunities to win prizes during daily competitions.

A typical camp will have players from 5 or more states attend. We do not provide overnight accommodations but there are plenty of hotel options near all of our camps.

Any good off-season program at any level has 3 parts: skills, game experience, strength and conditioning. Our focus is on the skills portion, improving players’ individual game.

Our coaches encourage players to take one new thing out of every station. That could be something brand new, something they may have known but need to implement into their game or execute better, a new term (Lax IQ) or a new drill. 1 thing per station X 10 stations per day X 3 days = 30 improvements!

Camp ends each day with players going through their backyard workout with what was covered in morning stations…wall ball work out, shooting and dodging. Players leave camp self-reliant to train on their own at a high level.

In addition to our pro, all coaches are college coaches and players.

Offensive players, defensemen and goalies have separate tracks of stations with different curriculums.

Short lines with players engaged, lots of reps, lots of instruction.

Our formula is 1 coach to approximately 10 players, 1 goal, and 1 ball bag.

The smaller the camp the better the instruction, right? Wrong. You need a larger camp to be able to divide players by age group, position, and experience level. Each split is important.  Because we only hold annual summer camps, we are able to build up the number of players needed to conduct quality camps.

Our camp is cost-effective. You aren’t looking for the cheapest camp, you’re looking for the best return on your investment and you’ve found it. Based on how early you register, our camp price breaks down to only $16 to $23 per hour. It takes significant time and expense to build up the number of players and coaches needed to conduct a quality camp with the appropriate number of goals and ball bags for each group.

The 18 hours spent with a pro at a Pro Lacrosse Camp is the best deal in lacrosse. On a per hour basis our fee is a small fraction of what is charged by other camps conducted by professional players and does not include all the amenities and features offered by our camps.

Our camp price of $425 is all inclusive and includes everything each camper will need at camp: lunch served in an air-conditioned facility, photo for autograph session with the pro, jersey, and t-shirt.

The impact of spending 3 days with one of the world’s top players or all-time great can’t be overstated. The mentorship, life lessons, and lacrosse knowledge passed on from pro to camper will be one of the experiences players will remember as one of the hits of their summer vacation.

Simple 5 minute online registration.  No forms to mail in. No processing charges. No additional costs at camp. Sign up today to reserve your spot in camp!

Pro Lacrosse Camps are a great teaching tool for lacrosse players of all skill levels.  The focus on the
fundamentals of the game while having fun makes Pro Lacrosse Camps so special!
